Fisking the campaign solicitations

Dr. Joyner fisks a campaign solicitation he received from Mary Beth Cahill, a Kedwards shill. Although he originally wanted to contribute $87 million before he decided not to, Dr. Joyner does make a nice point here:

. . . you're not allowed to take any money because the [Democratic] convention is over. So wouldn't you get in trouble if I sent you money?

In other words, the campaign solicitation that the JohnJohns sent out under Cahill's name is of dubious legality . . .
