Sadr -- be careful what you wish for

Muqtada al-Sadr says he won't leave Najaf until the last day of his life and will fight to the death. The Monk says that he should get his wish and hopes that the US/Iraqi forces will cap him quickly. Even better, the governor of Najaf has given the US and Iraqi forces political cover by saying that they can go into the "holy city" and get al-Sadr.
