Secretary of Education Rod Paige has an editorial excoriating the NAACP for its "corrosive rhetoric" on the Wall Street Journal. And Pres. Bush has announced that he will address the National Urban League, another civil rights group that states its purpose is "empowering African Americans to enter the economic and social mainstream."
