Courtesy (in part, though his link is screwy) Instapundit, the blog "Le Sabot Post-Moderne" indicates that the parties have reached a compromise in Ukraine that includes a re-vote (not a new vote). This information is more complete than the latest news-wire story I found that says Yushchenko agreed to have his supporters end their siege of government buildings.
The BBC also has not reported an agreement for a re-vote, although it has details about Yanukovych's response to the Parliament's vote to oust him as PM ("it's illegal") and his pot-calling-the-kettle accusations of voting irregularity in Western Ukraine.
The Beeb also has profiles of Yanukovych and Yushchenko on its website.
