Must read #2: Andy McCarthy on International Law

What is International Law? By and large, it is whatever the nations that sign particular treaties say it is. That's entirely too simplistic, but the fact is that countries can reserve the right to do X, refuse to do Y, etc. even when they sign treaties by signing with reservations.

Andy McCarthy says that the international community is trying to use International Law as a method to chip away at US sovereignty and that the US must make it stop. Read the whole thing.
