Private property rights infringement alert

Courtesy Neal Boortz, this story of widow Eleanor Brazell who has contracted to sell 311 of the 323 acres she owns in Hall County, Georgia to a developer who will turn the area into an elder community like Sun City; Brazell would keep 12 acres and the house her husband built. But a Hall County Commissioner wants to condemn the whole area for a park that the county-appointed citizen's park board does not want on that property and has offered Brazell nearly 25% less money than the developer.

Hopefully the Hall County commission will be stopped. This is just flat wrong.
