Neutering our defenses

This cartoon by Cox & Forkum is worth the proverbial 1000 words. Kerry excoriates Bush for developing and ordering bunker-busting nukes when the US nuclear arsenal is 20-40 years old (depending upon the missile) and then Kerry proceeds to say we need no more nuclear weapons than the ones we already have (as if they will be usable in perpetuity).
