Housekeeping Note
You may see that there is a change on this website -- the slogan or tagline. Inspired by the oft-misconstrued quote "a foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds" by Ralph Waldo Emerson in his essay, Self-Reliance, I installed the new slogan that I think synopsizes a good guideline for commentary in general: be true to what you think and believe, adapt to changing circumstances and (the implied corollary) admit when you're wrong. It's the FOOLISH consistency that is the hobgoblin of little minds -- holding to beliefs that are proven wrong. We'll try not to hold those.
