The Senate confirmed Janice Rogers Brown to a seat on the Circuit Court of Appeals by a 56-43 margin, once again proving that the Democrats' unconstitutional filibuster of Pres. Bush's circuit court nominees was nothing more than an attempt to impose a supermajority requirement for conservatives.
Pathetic.
And the rhetoric used by the Dems who opposed her nomination lurched between disgraceful and unhinged. But the Pres. Finally got a strong conservative appointed who is the worst noghtmare for liberals: a brilliant, conservative, black woman.
Excellent.
