A rosy map

Slate is not, and never has been, in the tank for Republicans. And especially not for President Bush. Even its most honest moderate liberal correspondent, Mickey Kaus, jumped on the JohnKerryisadouchebagbutImvotingforhimanyway.com bandwagon and did so without the faux agonizing he did in finally declaring for Gore in 2000. So when Slate pops up with this electoral map only a week after John Kerry supposedly shredded the President in last week's debate like he was Hillary Clinton's legal records, it's a bit of a surprise.

I'm notsosure about the alleged leads for Bush in New Mexico, Michigan or Pennsylvania and I'm certain that Virginia and North Carolina will go Republican. Nonetheless, the result Slate currently predicts would work fine by me.
