Appeasement Works!

Not really. After Munich, Winston Churchill told British PM Neville Chamberlain that Chamberlain had a choice -- dishonor or war. "You chose dishonor, now you shall have war," Churchill said. Such is the nonexistent value of appeasement. And so it is in Spain, as this story attests.
