A former member of British PM Tony Blair's Cabinet said that President Bush and PM Blair should negotiate with Bin Laden. In other words, Mo Mowlam (yeah, that's her name) called for the Leader of the Free World (and the leader of the World's Oldest Democracy) to hold talks as equals with a terrorist thug. Unfortunately, there are precedents for heads of democracies meeting with terrorists -- Arafat was the most frequent White House visitor of any foreign "head of state" during the Clinton Administration.
