Canadian Corruption revelation of the day

This might as well become a running item.

From the Globe and Mail:

The design firm of a close friend of Jean Chretién billed for $6.7-million in a series of federal contracts granted in Quebec under the sponsorship program, the Gomery inquiry was told Tuesday.

That would be the same Jean Chretién who is the immediate predecessor of Canadian PM Paul Martin.
