Technology upgrades: Calling Microsoft
Streaming video needs improvement. At work I have a superfast T1 connection and a decent computer, but MSNBC.com's video stream of the inauguration festivities was choppy and FoxNews.com's video never connected (CNN required payola). So I popped on my boss's TV that still resides in my office.
