The government of Bolivia has fallen. Venezuela's Hugo Chavez has been attempting to foment an overthrow of Bolivia's democratic government for years. We noted Chavez's threat to the United States most recently here.
Meanwhile, Chavez has undertaken an agrarian revolution in Venezuela. If it seems like something out of 1920s Russia . . . well, it is.
