Disturbing report from ABC News of "Middle Eastern" males seeking to purchase scores of disposable cell phones in Midland, Texas and in SoCal.
Some sharp Wal-Mart clerks (Target clerks in the California case) became suspicious and the FBI is now investigating. Disposable cell phones are favorites of drug dealers and terrorists -- disposable cell phones triggered the Madrid train bombs in 2004.
Thankfully, the purchasers don't watch The Wire (season 3) -- they'd know better than to bulk buy at one place.
