The biggest intelligence scandal of the Bush presidency is not the idiotic Plame affair. Instead, it's the non-existent Berger war. By treating Sandy Berger's actions of taking and destroying classified documents (he pleaded guilty to that charge) without seriousness, the Bush Administration does the nation a disservice.
