The Libby idiocy

Scooter Libby was convicted on four of the five counts against him. This whole trial was ridiculous -- a he said/she said bundle of failed memories and weak innuendo all to support claims that Libby allegedly lied to investigators, nothing else. It was a waste of taxpayer time and money, and will continue to be because Libby's lawyers will appeal. If he wins, he may wonder the same thing Robert MacFarlane did after his own politically motivated prosecution and conviction were tossed on appeal: "where do I go to get my reputation back?"

Mark Levin is right.
