Surprisingly responsible editorial from the LA Times calling on Congress to smarten up and stop trying to micromanage Iraq. Here's the key point, and there's little to disagree with in it:
Bush's wartime leadership does not inspire much confidence. But he has made adjustments to his team, and there's little doubt that a few hundred legislators do not a capable commander in chief make.
