I'm tired of hearing how well Jose Mesa is doing for the Pirates. Every time the ESPN dopes talk about him, it's as if they think the Phills should regret letting him go -- a preposterous notion.
I'm also tired of uninformed commentary. John Kruk blathered some rubbish about how Mussina is now like Glavine and Maddux in that he needs to battle and can't rely on 10-12 Ks per game and cannot blow hitters away. But Mooooose has never been a power pitcher because he's never had the 95 mph fastball -- he's topped out at around 93. If he's consistently at 90-93, he's fine. Today, from the few highlights I saw, he was able to crack the 90s on his fastball. Once he does that consistently and has his location in decent shape, he'll be fine.
Lastly, for now, I'm tired of hearing about NBA basketball. The quality is so poor, it's sad.
