HARRY CARSON = HALL OF FAMER

In a long overdue vote, Giants super linebacker Harry Carson received the 80% approval from the Hall of Fame's Board of Selectors and was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. The members of Carson's class include the late Reggie White (perhaps the best interior defensive lineman ever), Troy Aikman, Warren Moon (a breakthrough pick -- first-ever black QB in the Hall), Rayfield Wright (super offensive lineman who never received the Shell/Upshaw recognition), and John Madden (still the highest winning percentage of coaches with 100+ wins).

I noted the past injustice to Carson here. It's nice to see he finally received the ultimate individual honor, and one he richly deserves.
