Solid obit for Chief Justice Rehnquist

Although the statement by Evan Thomas and Stuart Taylor in their Rehnquist obituary that "he will not be remembered as a giant of the law" is questionable (and syntactically mean-spirited), the rest of the piece is a nice discussion of the legacy and the life of the late Chief Justice.
