Return of a Classic: NYT's dumbest headline

For some reason, the NY Times cannot understand that a drop in crime and increase in prison inmates are related -- when more of the criminals are in the brig and safely away from the population at large, fewer crimes occur.

This correlation is only a mystery to liberals.
