A small prop plane flew into the 20th story of an East Side apartment building earlier today. This seems entirely too strange to be random -- the building is about 50 stories tall and the plane was only about 200 feet above ground. Two people died, according to the story linked above.
UPDATE: ESPN reports that the plane was registered to NY Yankee pitcher Cory Lidle, that he was the only occupant of the plane at the time of the crash, and that he and three people who were in the building at the time of the crash have died.
