The record comeback is Kentucky's in 1998 from a 41-31 deficit to Utah. This is a stat that Jim Nantz and Billy Packer should be able to call up in memory IMMEDIATELY considering that they've called every NCAA title game since 1991 and this is the fourth-straight NCAA title game that has ended the first half with one team up by at least 11 points (Syracuse 53-42 over Kansas; UConn 41-26 over Ga. Tech; UNC 40-27 over Illinois; and Florida 36-25 over UCLA).
